Rich Kinney, Board President, Chair
Rich is a native Californian who has lived the last 43 years in the San Francisco East Bay area. After earning a BA degree in Vocal Pedagogy he managed several businesses and also was a sole proprietor business owner. While pastoring a small inner-city Church he served as police chaplain, assistant basketball coach at Contra Costa College and Richmond High School, teacher, city council member and served as mayor in 2016 and 2019. Rich also teaches public speaking, was President of San Pablo Rotary 2020/21, and is a member of the San Pablo Eagles. He formed Apostle City Ministries in 2018, a faith-based community development nonprofit charity committed to helping meet the needs of the San Pablo and surrounding communities. In 2020 along with other local Pastors Rich formed Paraclete, a 501c3 Public Charity with the vision to network San Pablo Churches dedicated for the positive transformation of their City. In March 2021 they opened The Paraclete House, a four bed sober living program to help house men recovering from alcohol and drug addiction. Basil N. Hicks, Board Vice President
Basil is from Fiji and is of Samoan descent. He’s married to Kasanita and they have three sons and seven grandchildren. Basil is a trained Dive Master and welder. He Pastored a church in Fiji and later served as a coordinator with Evangelism Explosion in the mid Pacific Islands. He and his wife currently live on a Reservation in northern California and serve as Missionaries to Native Americans. Make a donation to support their work today.

Cindy Ponce, Board Secretary, Treasurer
Cindy is a Professional Bookkeeper serving Small Businesses and small/medium sized Churches for more than fifteen years. She has a twenty year background in the Title Industry as an Escrow Officer and Office Manager. She also facilitates donations to people in need within the community and multiple Native Reservations.

Shyam Patel, Board Member, Secretary
Shyam Patel is an engineering professional who has worked in corporate and educational institutions for over 26 years. He has worked in various areas such as Project Management, Business Development, Corporate Relations, Career Advising and Marketing Education programs.
Shyam has also been serving in the local church in Mumbai, India as a lay preacher, youth advisor and the choir director. He has completed his Bachelor of Theology program and has a passion to bring people into the presence of God through Worship and ministering the Word of God. He is also a song writer, musician and worship leader and has released two worship albums to date for God's glory.
Shyam is married to Vineeta for 27 years and she too loves the Lord. Shyam has a son Johanen aged 23, who is a worship leader and has been playing the keyboards in the church choir since the age of 13. Johanen loves doing musical arrangements and recordings.
